Everything you need to know about Regeno3one Vet, Inc. Shipping Policies:
Shipments are sent during our regular business hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed in the afternoon may not be shipped until the next business day.

Shipping Policies
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it according to the policy below, minus the original shipping charges associated with your order.
​Items must be in new condition and in original packaging. Customer pays to ship the item back to us. Exceptions may apply.
As soon as you receive your order, we ask you open and inspect each item immediately. We ask you take photos of all boxes and items in case of any damage so we can submit a claim if any damage has occurred. We are a green company and reuse packing materials. If new materials are preferred, please use the contact form to let us know before shipping.
We ship worldwide. We can ship directly to you or you can use a freight forwarding company.
Shipping prices on some freight items and all international orders will incur additional shipping charges. In some cases, the shipping price may be reflected during checkout. Please call 1(916)985-3930 for a shipping quote, or if you place an order, we will contact you when we receive it to inform you of any additional shipping charges before processing your order.
In some cases, orders may not reach their estimated arrival dates due to storms and other natural disasters that slow down the shipping carrier. As the carrier does not provide refunds for delays due to acts of nature, Regeno3one Vet, Inc. cannot be held responsible for such delays. Please note that Saturday delivery with UPS is not available.
Note about international shipping: Due to the nature of international shipping, USPS (United States Postal Service) does not guarantee any estimated shipment arrival given. Regeno3one Vet, Inc. cannot be held responsible for any international shipments that did not arrive on the estimated arrival date, and no refunds will be given in such an occurrence.

Customs Clearance: Customers ordering internationally may experience delays in customs approval depending on your country. We provide all necessary paperwork for customs but from time-to-time delays will occur. Regeno3one Vet, Inc. cannot be held liable for such delays.

International Shipping Duties and Taxes: The goods will be imported on behalf of the buyer. The buyer authorizes Regeno3one Vet, Inc. to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the buyer agrees Regeno3one Vet, Inc. delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The buyer will pay any taxes and duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods.
​Return Policy & Terms

Ozone Generators: 14 day return policy with a 15% restock fee. Must be in sellable condition with original warranty sticker in place and untouched.

Ozone Packages: 14 day return policy with a 15% restock fee. Ozone generator must be in sellable condition with original warranty sticker in place and untouched. Glassware and accessories are returnable within 14 days if unused or unopened and fully sealed.

Ozone Accessories, Insufflation Accessories, Glassware, Syringes: Not returnable if opened or used. Returnable within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.
​
Ozonated Oils: Non Returnable.

Oxygen Tank Regulators: Returnable within 14 days of receipt. Must be free of nicks and scratches in sellable condition and in original packaging.
How to start a Return
To start a return, simply log onto your account at www.regeno3onevet.com, or email us at info@regeno3onevet.com and write "Return Items” with a description of the item you want to return in your order history. Once the return request is processed and approved, you will receive an email with your RMA number as well as any necessary return instructions.

Sellable Condition
Sellable condition refers to a product in like new condition with no dents, dings, cracks, stains, odors, or other disqualifying issues. If returned in unsellable condition, additional restock fees may apply.

Warranty Issues
All medical ozone generators include a lifetime manufacturer warranty. After 14 days, any warranty concerns are addressed directly with the manufacturer, who typically does not cover shipping costs for warranty claims. If an accidental protection plan was purchased, the issue will be assessed to determine whether it was caused by an accident or a manufacturer defect. Without an accidental protection plan, the warranty only covers manufacturer defects.

Damaged Or Defective Items
Any product received damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product will be promptly replaced or repaired at no cost to the customer if we are notified within 7 days from date of receipt. Shipping companies will not insure or allow us to place claims after this period of time. It is the customer's responsibility to immediately check your item for damage or defect upon receiving.
For damaged or defective items, customers will not be responsible for return shipping costs to Regeno3one Vet, Inc. within 14 days of receipt. If a product fails after 14 days of receipt Regeno3one Vet, Inc. reserves the right to replace or repair. Shipping charges may apply.
International Orders
Credit cards may not be accepted on orders originating out of North America. If you have any issues with payment, let us know and we will help you find an appropriate payment method. Prices do not include international shipping, customs, duties, taxes or brokerage fees that apply to your country. The customer agrees to pay these fees. If you do not know what your country's customs, duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees are, contact your local office in charge of import information.
Customers who refuse shipment on any international order will be responsible for paying all shipping charges to and from the destination, as well as any duty, taxes or other charges that may be charged to Regeno3one Vet, Inc. There will also be a minimum 5% restock fee.

International customers are also responsible for shipping costs when sending their product to and from Regeno3one Vet, Inc. for refund, repair or replacement.
​
Voltage Requirements
Please be aware all products except a few are rated at 110-120 voltage for USA use and may not work in your country. It is the customer’s responsibility to know what your country's voltage is before plugging it in, as the wrong voltage will permanently damage your product and will void your warranty. You may need a voltage converter. You may check with an electrician or electrical store for voltage questions and purchasing a voltage converter.
